The Believer’s Dream: A Sacred Journey Through the Soul of Al-Sham

8 Days

8 Days of Spiritual Awakening, History, and Divine Grace

To walk the soil of Syria is to walk upon a land blessed by the prayers of the righteous. This is more than a visit; it is a response to a spiritual calling. Here, every stone whispers the Dhikr of old, and every breeze carries the scent of the Jasmine that once graced the gardens of the Sahaba. Join us on this pilgrimage of the heart.

Itinerary

Day 01 :
The Threshold of Blessing

Your journey begins as you cross into the blessed land of Al-Sham. Upon arrival in Damascus—the oldest living city on Earth—you are greeted with the warmth of Damascene hospitality.

The Umayyad Sanctuary: Step into the majestic Umayyad Mosque. As you stand before the shrine of Prophet Yahya (AS) and pray on these ancient rugs, feel the weight of centuries of prostration.

The Liberator’s Shadow: Stand in quiet reflection at the tomb of Sultan Salah ad-Din, drawing strength from his legacy of faith and justice.

The Evening Glow: End your day in the historic alleys, sipping tea at Al-Nofara as the call to prayer echoes through the narrow streets, signaling that you have finally arrived home.

Day 02 :
The Heights of Revelation

The First Sacrifice: Ascend the mountains to Maqam al-Arba’in and the shrine of Prophet Abel (Habil). Standing here, overlooking the world below, one feels the profound reality of human existence and the eternal nature of the soul.

Nature’s Hymn: Visit the Mousa Cave and the lush valleys of Zabadani, where the beauty of creation serves as a silent reminder of the Creator’s perfection.

Day 03 :
The Sanctuary of the Pious – A Day of Remembrance

Today is the heart of your pilgrimage. We walk to Bab al-Saghir, a place where the veil between this world and the next feels thin and luminous.

The Presence of the Righteous: Here, we stand before the great Bilal al-Habashi, the Mu’adhin of the Messenger (PBUH).

The Spiritual Connection: Reading Al-Fatiha and performing Dhikr.  As you stand beside the graves of the Sahaba and the Ahl al-Bayt, there is a profound stillness. We raise our hands in Al-Fatiha, sending the light of the Quran to these noble souls. To perform Dhikr here is to join a celestial choir that has never stopped praising Allah. It is a moment of deep intimacy—a conversation between the living heart and the legacies of those who gave everything for the Light.

The Path of the Gnostics: We continue to the shrine of Sheikh Ibn Arabi, the "Greatest Master," seeking wisdom in the silence of his sanctuary.

Day 04 :
The Language of Christ & The Sword of Allah

The Ancient Echo: In Maaloula, listen to the Aramaic language, a living echo of the era of Isa (AS).

The Unconquered Soul: In Homs, we enter the grand mosque of Khalid ibn al-Walid. Standing by his tomb, one feels the courage and unwavering tawhid of the "Sword of Allah."

The Valley of Peace: Overnight in the shadow of Krak des Chevaliers, surrounded by the mist-covered mountains of the coast.

Day 05 :
The Whispering Waters & The Silk Road

The Norias of Hama: The ancient water wheels don't just turn; they sing a mournful, rhythmic praise that has lasted for millennia.

Toward the North: We journey to Aleppo, a city that has survived through the strength of its people’s faith and the sturdiness of its stone.

Day 06 :
The Citadel of Light

The High Point: Ascend the Aleppo Citadel, visiting the Maqam of Al-Khidr, where the spiritual and the historical intersect.

Prophetic Presence: In the Umayyad Mosque of Aleppo, we pay our respects at the Shrine of Prophet Zechariah (AS), the father of Yahya (AS), feeling the continuity of the Prophetic line.

The Scent of Paradise: Wander through the ancient markets, where the aroma of laurel soap and spices creates a sensory experience that feels like a dream from another century.

Day 07 :
The Return to the Jasmine City

Sheikh Arslan: We return to Damascus to visit Sheikh Arslan al-Dimashqi, the protector of the city’s spiritual walls.

Gratitude & Gifts: The afternoon is yours to wander. Buy a prayer bead, a silk shawl, or a bottle of rose water—physical mementos of a spiritual awakening.

Day 08 :
The Legacy of the Scholars

The Garden of Hadith: We travel to the Hauran region to visit the shrine of Imam al-Nawawi. For every believer who has read his "Forty Hadith," standing at his resting place is a moment of profound gratitude.

The Basalt Wonder: Our final stop is Bosra, where the Prophet (PBUH) once traveled as a young man. See the ancient Roman theatre and the spots where history was forever changed.

Departure: We escort you to the border or airport, your heart full, your soul cleansed, and your spirit renewed.

A Note on the Dhikr at the Graves

In this tour, we do not just "visit" graves; we enter a state of Muraqaba (meditation). When we recite Al-Fatiha, we bridge the gap between our journey and theirs. The Dhikr performed in these gardens of the righteous is intended to polish the heart, leaving you with a sense of peace that will stay with you long after you return home.
