2. Availability & Consultation We will reply promptly to confirm current availability and outline the next steps. At this stage, we will clearly answer all your questions regarding visas, arrivals, and logistics.
3. Secure Your Spot Once you are ready to proceed, we will provide our bank SWIFT details for the deposit transfer. This deposit reserves your place and triggers our official booking support, including the necessary visa steps. The remaining balance can be paid before the tour or upon arrival, as agreed in your confirmation.
4. Receive Your Confirmation After the deposit is received, you will be sent an official booking confirmation. This includes your meeting details, accommodation info, and a complete day-by-day itinerary.
5. WhatsApp Support & Pre-Departure Pack We open a dedicated WhatsApp group for all participants to provide direct support. You will also receive a comprehensive pre-departure pack covering packing lists, currency/SIM card advice, local etiquette, and border crossing timings.
6. Meet Your Guide Your journey begins at the designated meeting point (typically your hotel in Damascus), where your guide will meet you to provide full support throughout your stay in Syria.
